1. Cancellations by the Customer
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment:

24+ hours notice: No charge. We’ll happily reschedule or cancel at no cost.

Less than 24 hours notice: We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the estimated service cost to cover lost time.

No-shows or missed appointments without notice may be charged in full.

2. Cancellations by The Lancing Lawn Ranger
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to:

Unsafe weather or ground conditions

In such cases, we will aim to give as much notice as possible and rearrange at a convenient time.
3. Refunds for Services
We aim for 100% satisfaction. However, if you're not happy with our work:

We will offer to revisit and correct the issue free of charge wherever reasonable.

If a correction is not possible or satisfactory, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion based on the nature of the complaint.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Circumstances beyond our control (e.g., plant health issues, weather damage after service)
